This week, Dick Jauron was fired by the Buffalo Bills and temporarily replaced by his defensive coordinator. But when he was fired, even then it seemed like Bills owner Ralph Wilson was looking for a big time coach. And are there any coaches on the market bigger than Mike Shanahan?

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN: Buffalo has contacted and is in the process of arranging a meeting with coach Mike Shanahan. Shanahan was fired earlier this year by the Broncos, after spending 14 years in Denver and winning 2 Super Bowls. He is considered to be one of the best coaches in NFL history.

Adam Schefter is almost always accurate when it comes to the Denver Broncos, especially Mike Shanahan. Schefter expressed that he is among some of the Bills’ most desired candidates.

I personally don’t mind if Mike Shanahan goes to the Bills. I in fact would like to see Mike Shanahan coach again. As long as he doesn’t go to somewhere like the Chargers, Chiefs or Bears, I will be fine with him going to Buffalo
